You can also be assured that your tenancy deposit is comprehensively protected throughout your tenancy. We are members of The Dispute Service (www.tds.gb.com) who provide not only protection for your deposit, but also a mechanism through which any disputes can be resolved at the end of the tenancy.

Repairs & Maintenance
All maintenance and emergency call outs are dealt with directly by us; we have a dedicated phone number for all repairs and maintenance which is answered 24/7 and we also have a dedicated maintenance email address here. Further to this, we do not need to wait for landlord approval for routine repairs and as such, we are able to provide an extremely quick turnaround.
